Fitness Assessment ----- $50 - Your personal fitness assessment will help you to determine your current level of fitness by analyzing your Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardio-Respiratory Endurance, and Flexibility. Fitness assessments provide the necessary information to determine appropriate starting points for exercise intensity and duration. In addition, the information gathered can be used as a reference point to set goals and track your progress.
5 Session Program -------- $300 ($60 per session) - This program is ideal for individuals who need help getting started on the right foot. This program will allow you to work with a trainer one-on-one to ensure that you are working in a safe and effective manner.
10 Session Program ------ $500 ($50 per session) - Ten sessions will not only provide you with the instruction that you need to become self sufficient with exercise but they will allow you enough time to adopt your newly acquired knowledge and lifestyle habits.
20 Session Program ------ $940 ($47 per session) - The twenty-session program is for individuals who prefer to have more extensive, one-on-one training as well as ongoing motivation.
